Planning…?

I have been planning my next steps in this exercise. (Pardon the pun).

Where do i make a start with this project. Dieting? Workout?

Well I had a hunt around this morning for a WordPress theme that would help to inspire. The burger picture I am using as background to the Twatter page should probably go.

As for the plan. I want to make sure my weight and BMI are recorded before I make a start. I recorded a video last week marking the start of the project. This did me no good. I couldn’t then motivate myself to go on and do anything in terms of diet or workout. Ho-hum.

Furthermore, given my lacklustre start, I think this will give me the opportunity to record everything I eat.

PS: As I type I am stuffing a packet of Cheese and Onion crisps in my mouth. The shame of it! All because there’s nothing in the fridge and I can’t be bothered to go for a walk.

Hello skinny world and goodbye fat world!

Well, this is indeed the first post on the site. I will soon be tracking my own progress from fatty to skinny and hopefully getting buff on the way.
